Bug UI Top Panel Bug on Archlinux/Manjaro with Deepin DE

    When launching Unity, the top panel does not appear with buttons to close, collapse, resize. I cannot change the position of the Unity window. I can't roll a unity. Also, Unity covers all other programs, including its own windows, for example, settings. To switch from Unity to another application you have to use Alt + Tab. Deepin Dock also disappears while the Unity application is active. How to fix that?

    Unity 2019.1.0a14 (bug keeps from 2018 version)
