UI Toolkit PropertyField broken when assigning arrays.

    If you draw a PropertyField for an object array then it will null ref when assigned. This does not occur in 2020.x. Found it in 2021.2.11f1 after a user reported that some editor UI was null ref'ing on arrays.

    Repro project attached. Case 1404114.
