Question UI Toolkit - Panel.PickAll order?

    Is PickAll guaranteed to return elements in any particular order? I've looked at the code and it seems like the list will be populated in hierarchy order, but that behavior is undocumented so I want to make sure it's guaranteed before I rely on the order.
