Bug UI texture breaking, weird noise stripes on top of buttons

I've been making a mobile game with Unity for some time now. I'm in a testing phase now and one of my testers reported having these weird colored stripes on top of UI buttons. He said that sometimes he gets same kind of behavior with Chrome. I've never before encountered these and have no idea how I could start debugging these, so I decided to ask here in forums.

Is this type of thing caused by phone or some sort of compression failure? Any ideas how I could fix these? These have only appeared on one testers phone, he uses Xiaomi 11.

I have taken pieces of buttons having this problem and pasted in the picture below. Hoping someone knows the reason for this.
