Bug UI scrollview bounce back to original position when dragged with mouse

Hello,
When i move the scrollview to the end it bounces back to original position, why happens this?
I have a vertical layout group in content and also a content size fitter component with height to preferred size

 

Found the problem, it happens just when the unity editor window is not maximized, if i maximize the window the scroll doesn't bounce back after dragging it down
