UI Scrollbar Motion Shutter / Lag Problem on iOS & Android

    Hi,

    When i scroll on the list of Gui elements it looks like it is lagging/ motion shutter.
    (Android & iOS).

    Have anyone else this problem and maby a fix for it ?
