Bug Ui Scaling Issue elementaryos

    test on 2019.4.0f1 :(

    Parts of the UI are not visible in the screen


    2 . can be scrolled but when scrolled causes UI crash


    spec : 1060 6gb , 16 gbram ddr4 , ryzen 7 1800x
    monitor : 24 , 1920 * 1080
    os : elementary OS 5.1.5 Hera
    Linux 5.3.0-59-generic
    GTK 3.22.30
    Built on Ubuntu 18.04.4 LTS
