Bug UI on AVD seems to be quite a mess.

Intern to the AVD or Coming from the Unity Build?

    I figured after some testing for my company that UI seems to be quite broken on Android Virtual Devices (AVD).
    To actually help more, here is the setup I used:
    - New Android Studio flamingo, with Android 11.0 (R) Installed
    - The AVD I used is a: Pixel 3 API 30, Android 11.0 Google Play | x86
    - Unity version 2022.3.4f1 <Metal>
    - My Computer is on MacOS (Intel version, not apple silicon)

    Anyway, when building on the AVD, the game I've made, made especially with UI elements (Since it is some kind of cookie clicker that I made for testing purposes of an APK) , The Canvas seems to disappear when using "Screen Space - Overlay".
    However, when using the other two, "Screen Space - Camera" and "World Space", the UI does get shown but there is no possibility to interact with any buttons or sliders...

    After some testing around:
    Building the game on a real Android Device does make the UI work. Which I find kind of weird.
    I do think it is something inner to the AVD more than anything, but I thought that it could be interesting to look into.
