    How to realise cylindrical scroll like this ?

    Hmm, looks like a custom Scroll Rect with Vertical Layout Group. You've have to create your own version of the Vertical layout group to angle and scale down the items as they go in and out of focus.

    Would also need to be on a Screen Space Camera canvas to get the best effect.
