UCM - Rise of Humanity (Epic RTS/FPS)

    Hello my name is Nicholas Cooper and I'm the soul member of Evildot Productions.
    Over the past few years I've been picking away at a project called UCM - Rise of Humanity, the game I have always wanted to play.
    :Over View:
    UCM is a game where you control the outcome of the galaxy from both on and off the battle field.​

    In multiplayer battles, play as either the
    Commando; a highly trained killing machine that is capable of controlling the battlefield with ease. You can use any weapon or vehicle you can find and use them to your advantage, drop in from outer space and fall behind enemy lines to give your team the tactical edge.

    Officer; a tactical savant who will do whatever it takes to win every battle, but things aren't as easy as you think. Hop out of your command console to fight the battle that is taking place in the atmosphere and make sure your troops have a fighting chance.


    :Features:
    Point of View - Players (more so officers) can sit back and see both the space and land battles going on at the same time
    Choices of game play- You can either play a very fast paced first person shooter or play a very tactical Real Time Strategy
    Epic Battle fields - Extremely huge battle fields to wage war on
    Seamless transition between space and planet side - You can easily fly a small ship into orbit and back into space with little to no load time or stress on the system
    Faction/Clans- Battle with your friends to control the Leader-boards to prove you are the best in the galaxy

    :What is this leading up to?:
    I'm going to put my heart and soul into this game and make it as perfect as it can be, after it is all said and done I want to shift focus to an MMORPG that takes place in this universe. Where you can do and be what ever it is you want to be. It will be an undertaking all on its own so I'm not even worrying about anything on that scale just yet.

    All the planning and preparation is basically finished, its now time to start the production. I'm pretty much just writing this to say "Hey look what I'm working on...what do you think? Would you like to see/know more?"

    Don't be afraid to tell me what you think, if you would like to know more or know how to follow the production process.

    What progress (other than ideas) have you made so far?

    some level design, character rigging and some animation. I have a good start on things but there is lots to do still

    Do you have any pictures or videos? Anything we can critique?

    Share some pics, they don't have to be anything polished especially on a WIP forum, most of us do it. It's better to have feedback earlier on and know what to change when it's still in progress rather than having to make changes on a finished product
