UCB Team: network maintenance Sunday December 9th, 8PM US Central time

Hello -
There will be network maintenance on an underlying Cloud Build system this Sunday December 9th, starting at 8PM US Central time, aka Monday at 2AM UTC. During a two-hour period, there may be some very short network interruptions (a few seconds), which in turn may cause some builds in process at the time to fail.

The team expects any service impact to be minor - but if any failed builds are observed during that time (likely with "channel disconnection" errors), they should be able to be re-run normally.
