The player log isn't providing any useful information.
Is this a headless build (did you check "Headless" in the player build options)?
Did you try running with the -batchmode and -nographics command line options?

I've checken in the Player Buildings -> Headless Mode is activated.
Is there anyway i can check from Linux/Win if there is really a headless Build?
With -nographics -batchmode it also not worked for me.

I also re-downloadet the Unity Editor with the Build Extension for Linux, because i thinked if there is anything broken.

Did I need a Library or etc. that is not automatically on Debian to run a Headless Build?

No - the only difference between a headless and nonheadless player build is whether it links against the X11 libraries.

After 8 Days there isnt any really helpful answer.
And it seems like the Support of Unity doesnt want to fix this Problem?

You haven't provided enough information to diagnose your problem.
Headless builds are working for us on various configurations. If you file a proper bug report (Help->Report a Bug from Unity) with your project, we can investigate it further - otherwise, we can't do any good by guessing without any information.

Can it also be possible that Debian 8.7 is not supported at this Time. -> Release Date 14.01.2017

I don't know what you're trying to imply but I've generally assumed that support for free users is not always guaranteed and depends on whether it's a general problem facing other users. For rapid response you need to get premium support.
