TWITTER DEEP LINKING

Hi, i need to integrate twitter deep linking to my app (both android and iOS) to track the convertion rate of our advertasing campaign made on twitter to promove this app. I don't find anything about twitter deep linking and unity, but only dev guide to integrate twitter deep linking in native application android and iOS.
Any suggestion on how i can implement this without writing native code? Is there a plugin that can achiev this?
