Tutorial: Twitter/Facebook linking for your apps/games

As I was researching core mobile functions such as Gamecenter, iAP, iAD, Rate linking, and social linking, I came across what I feel probably won't get any better in terms of social linking. It comes from this user from stackoverflow:

One note, facebook does not allow pre-filling the messages anymore, but the URL to your Appstore game/app still functions, and I think that is as good as it is going to get. The twitter link works perfectly though.
