Feedback TurkeyAPM: My first game!

This is my first week of development on TurkeyAPM, a shooting gallery to track your APM stats.

I'm documenting my journey and trying to provide insights into how certain projects may be built on youtube.

This weeks video was initial project set up with some basic event architecture to get the core game loop going.

New devlog! Got Pixel art mostly done and a lot of the architecture in place. Lot of great progress this week. Didn't realize how much content I filmed. Still learning the balance of teaching vs updating in these videos.

 

Another week in the books. Just about finished with all the core features and probably will spend one more week on this before publishing this and moving on to my next project! I tackled Parallax scrolling, animated text, and a Turkey death animation this week.
