Question Trying To Use Unity with Steam VR, press play error is thrown and no output.

Hi,
I'm trying to learn VR game development for an important school project I am using the HTC Vive Cosmos Elite.

Whenever I press run to test the output of the game steam VR will either attempt to start(If it isn't already active) or It will shut itself down and Unity will throw this error.
I have simply installed the XR interaction toolkit and configured Unity for Open XR development with the HTC Vive controller profile.
