Trying to Disable Vuforia 2018.4.10f1

I'm having an issue where I want to build my Android app out only using ARCore. I was testing Vuforia with VSLAM and like the native ARCore better.

When I tried to disable Vuforia it still tried to build and complains that I am using ARCore and not Vuforia.
I have also attempted removing all Vuforia Scripts and Resources from the project to no avail. Its like a cancer in the project.
