"troubleshooter" not useful at this stage

    the idea of the troubleshooter is good but it cannot be useful for us because the search function doesn't work and the fogbugs link layout is, again, not dense enough, also the app doesn't allow us to reply directly to fogbugz entries

    so until troubleshooter is mature, I'd like to see the link to the bug reporter restores in the help menu
