Troubles setting up HTC Vive within Unity using SteamVR

    Hey,

    So I have ran all the callibration within SteamVR Runtime in Steam (under tools) successfully and now what I am attempting to do is run the sample scene from the SteamVR asset and I am getting this following error



    I even read the readme and the quickstart guide within the asset and am still getting the same error when trying to run my own scene with only the Main Camera within the scene on the HTC Vive.

    In Short
    • Attempted to run example scene in the SteamVR asset.
    • Attempted to build my own scene using the quickstart guide.
    • Getting the same error in both cases.

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

    Did you get this figured out? Just from your image, it seems like you might have some things attached to the hand tracked controllers in the scene hierarchy. Is that the case?

    I get the same error except only for device1. I'm using the Oculus Rift with no controllers, obviously. I did not change the scene. I only added Unity_5_4 to one of the scripts and it appears to be running under openVR not the Oculus SDK.
