Trouble importing animations from blender

Hi,
I am trying to import some animations from Blender to Unity and don't understand what is going wrong.
In blender, I have created animations by creating new Actions, and inserting keyframes with my model in different poses. It looks a bit like this

Now when I export this and import into Unity, I get this:

There is an error on import, what does it mean?
