Bug Tried Creating a New Project, Tells Me There's a Unity Package Manager Error

When trying to create a new project for unity, this message comes up. I've looked at my antivirus and have excused the UnityPackageManager.exe, but even when I do that the message still comes up. Does anybody know the real fix to make this error go away?

 

Have you tried what it suggests?

Namely, did you try to reinstall your Unity version to see if it was a corrupted installation? What happens if you try to go to that file path provided? Does the exe not exist there? Also, what happens if you entirely disable your antivirus and try to launch it?

 

I reinstalled my unity version and unity hub itself, and also when I go to the path it shows, the Data part does not exist.
