Tree Shader Alpha Issues

    When using just about any of the K4 trees I am seeing an issue with the alpha of the components. This started around b18 and is still in b22 so it is either a bug or the workflow has significantly changed. I believe it is a problem with the optimized shader since it does not happen with a mesh using any of the base nature shaders. Also, this appears to only be an issue in deferred rendering, forward works ok but breaks a large portion of our other assets that were not made for forward rendering. As is seen below, the alpha channel is showing through no matter what cutout level I set it for.

    Have the same problems when applying Global Fog...

    I have narrowed the issue somewhat, it is showing the color used in the camera clear settings so it may be a draw order problem. You can mitigate the issue somewhat by picking a more neutral color but it is still a huge bug to come out of nowhere.
