Transport package is available nowhere. Where can I get it?

There are many sites like https://docs.unity3d.com/Packages/com.unity.transport@0.6/manual/index.html
for the Transport package.
The Installation guide works until it gets to the point where you find the Transport package. There are many preview packages in the package manager, but Transport is nowere to be found.

Old versions of transport I downloaded from Github project (FPSSample) seems to be.. not compatible. Even with the old package installed, it wont find the new versions of Transport, so I cant download them.

So the solution in these cases is to simply include the package in the manifest.json .
That is great and so far has always worked, but for some reason it does not work for this package.

Where can I get the a reasonably recent version of this package (recent enough to be compatible with unity 2020+) ?
