Question Transparent with a trace

    Hi, I'm a beginner of shader graph, trying to make a port effect, but there is a square trace around the port, why?

    Hi @SlumberPenguin,

    the Alpha makes the surface transparent, not invisible. In other words, what you see is most probably some specular lighting reflecting on that area.

    You may enable "Alpha Clipping" and set the threshold so that transparent areas don't render.
    This will not give you a smooth transition though.

    You may also choose to go with an Unlit Shader Graph, and can also try different Blending Modes.
