    Hi,

I have a transparent cutout sprite shader that's in rendering inbetween the Geometry and Transparent Queue. It allows sprites to draw in Z depth so they can be affected by most post-process properly.

However, when I add a Sorting Group component to a character made of multiple sprites (already ordered internally with sorting depth), it breaks the inner sorting of the sprites inside the characters. They use the sorting group sorting but the disregard the internal sorting. If my sprite shader is in the transparent Queue, both sorting works fine.

Is there a way to be use a transparent cutout in Geometry queue AND be compatible with Sorting Group ?

I'm curious about this as well, have you found any new information since you posted?
