Transparency of tiles from tile palette: middle tile missing with background showing through?

Don't really know what else to add. They all have this one tile missing, making it impossible to set up any kind of environment

 

Check your spritesheet, if the tile making issues really has a transparency background.
Anyways, show us your spritesheet from inspector, how your import settings are.

 

Thanks for the answer but I already resolved it anyway, lol... Basically was just very unorganized with my layers.
