Transparency of Sprite not rendered correctly since Unity v2018?

    Hello everyone.
    We have a problem with our sprite who have transparency and we think it's since we upgrade Unity from 2017.4 to 2018.2.
    It's a little bit complicated to explain so here's some picture who show how the shadow of trees are rendered now and before:


    Here's what it look like on photoshop:



    All my Sprite have and has the standard Sprite-Default material. I don't have any post-processing effect.
    The green color is set on the Camera background and we add some other sprite to create the grass render. I use Cinemachine too.


    Do you have any idea why it's not like before and how to fix it?

    Check the release notes. Unity changed the way alpha is imported from PSDs in 2018.2
