Question Transactions Refund

    Hi, my company made two transaction by credit card at end of last month to do acquisition there, but we found no need to use it anymore late, so I'm trying to get refund of them, there's no REFUND process at finance dashboard.

    I worte email to unitysf-invoicing@unity3d.com (15th June) & ads-invoicing@unity3d.com (9th June) , none of them replied and no finance specialists contacted me...

    I sent tickets for support with #1596026, support side told me they couldn't do anything until I got finance side feedback, but finance didn't. My sales told me with same tone that he couldn't do anything.

    I'm been blocked on this circle. How can I get transaction back? Thanks
