Tracking on Android stops working when building as app bundle.

    Hello. I am using ARFoundation 1.5, scripting backend IL2CPP with Unity 2018.3.12f1 on a Samsung Galaxy S8. Everything was working fine until I checked the Build App Bundle box on the build settings. Once that setting was checked, the AR immediately lost all tracking ability. Unchecking the Build App Bundle box and rebuilding restored the tracking.

    Does anyone know if there's a fix for this problem? I saw this message in the adb log: "Unity-ARCore: Failed to register lifecycle provider, Input subsystem will be unavailable!", but I don't know if there's anything I can do to fix that.

    There is a known issue which prevents tracking from working when building an app bundle. We are looking into it.

    @tdmowrer Do you know what the current status of this issue is?
