Bug TrackedTransform position localization bug

    Hello. I tried to use localization package to change transform scale for different locales. Found out two things:
    1. There is no menu "Localize property" for scale, which is quite unfortunate, as "Track changes" mode stopped working for me long ago.
    2. There is bug in TrackedTransform script, which takes localPosition, but sets position. Because of this localized transform always jumps somewhere it does not belong.

    I did. But now it shows me "no access" to bug report status, so lets hope i did it right :)
