touching and sliding a picture

    hi everybody,, i am newbie in unity, i've problem and i hope all of you can teach me.
    how to make a picture can shift with touch in android.
    example i have a map (in picture), i want to look all place by touching and sliding it.
    thanks before and sorry if my english so bad. :)
