Touch screen based games

Hey guys, my kids got stuck at this virtual baby sitter at the mall today.

Looks like it's made with unity, they really loved it and asked me if something similar existed for Android. It's basicly a lemmings clone but you paint the items that the lemmings interact with. Anything exist for android?
