Total users become less than expected!

    Can any body tell me how my users in the total users become less than yesterday although the there are new users are added every day?
    It is the first time to notice something like that.

    Can you share a screenshot showing the actual numbers? Which metrics are you following?

    Users will "fall out" of the new users metric after 90 days, perhaps this is what you are seeing.
