Toon/Cel/Outline Shaders in HDRP

Hi guys,

Has anyone managed to create a toon, cel, or outline shader for HDRP? I've been experimenting with these effects and I've yet to produce anything noteworthy. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

The article has been created for LWRP, but maybe it helps anyway. If it doesn't help, perhaps describe what problem you have with HDRP that hinders you to create such shader.
