Hey everyone, I was wondering if there was any way to have a tooltip pop up when a user highlights or mouses over a component in the project window?

I do mean that, but maybe I wasn't clear. I want it to happen on the actual script itself in the project window. So instead of having it on a variable on the script. I want it so if I am browsing the scripts folder in my project window and I hover my mouse over a script then it shows a tooltip of what the script accomplishes.
