Tools for create terrains with cutaway

    Hi!
    I want to create a scenario for a game in AR for mobile with similar terrain like the images.
    Do you know any technique in Unity or any other tool to do this?

    I forgot to mention before the textures, models and other objects and I have them. I just need to create what is a terrain like photos
