Hi, I'm trying to control the overflow of sound effects to mitigate an overload of the sound output which ends up just sounding like pops & crackles midst a period of silence as Unity tries its best to handle it all... would you happen to have a solution or an idea on how I might tackle this problem ? please advise thanks

Thinking about this a bit more what I should really create is a dedicated sound-manager class which handles in a pool or cache system all the sounds I use repeatedly-simultaneously, thereby avoiding a 'sound jam' where you end up just with said 'clicks & pops' midst a dreaded silence as Unity throws in the towel... sorry Unity I will control my sound outbursts to your system with more clarity hopefully... I used .ogg files and they are rather small, but the sounds are many and I just can get away with quite a lot actually but then my game demands more and more until... sound jam, I must control that beast.
