Say you are half way to almost done with your project, is it too late to start a dev log? If you do start one, do you start from where you were developing or do you try to summarise everything thats happened?

Why would it be too late? It's always interesting to see what's happening to games I'm waiting for.

Yeah, it's never too late to start one. I enjoy reading how other developers game process.

it's never too late for that :) whenever I'm reading blogs from devs I'm thinking it's awesome tog et some "backstage" kind of VIP feeling ;D no matter how exciting or non exciting it actually is, whats happening.
aaaand it's your decision if you want to summarize or not :) personally I would say, summarize as much as you are comfortable with, just so that the blog starts a bit more "smoothly" because when starting to read a blog, it's always nice if there is some form of introduction into it, but that can be anything you think is relevant.
