Bug TMPro doesn't show text, except..

So, this is fairly weird. After I make any changes to my project and load it my TMP text box does not work, but if I quit project and start it again without making any code changes it works fine. This is 100% the behavior, it never changes. If make any changes it doesn't work. If I quit and restart the project it works fine.

Code is all over the place, not sure what I could share that would be useful. I'm hoping someone has some knowledge of this, perhaps it's the loading order or something like that?

 

At the moment I believe I've got this fixed. I'm fairly sure this was a shader conflict error between various TMPRO elements according to what I was able to dig up and switching shaders appears to have solved this issue for now.
