TextMesh Pro TMP full word gradient

Artist have giving me this style



It's a left to right gradient that covers the full word. I tried the gradient checkbox, for that seems tied to each letter. Anybody know how I might reproduce this effect with textmeshpro? I thought a shader or material might be required, but I'm not very art proficient, so just reaching out for any tips. Also looking to get the gradient to apply to the underline, as this would save me some trouble as well.
