TimelineClip with curve controlled Animator parameters

    If an Animation Clip containing a curve that targets an animator parameter is added to Timeline, the parameter is flagged as being "controlled by animation curve" but the parameter itself is never updated.

    Should this work? Or is it not supported? I think curve controlled parameters like this are only being influenced by animation clips that are connected to the input of the animation controller playable itself, rather than being set by all animation outputs targeting an Animator.

    Off hand, I believe there are some properties of the animator where this will not work. The animator won't update them, but they will get put into preview.
