Bug timeline playable activated before it's their time

    in the editor at least
    scenario:
    upload_2021-3-17_21-30-32.png
    the highlighted clip unloads the scene with the timeline
    the tick is where that unload happens, the clip it happens at is a scene activation clip


    ok now this version of timeline is extremely buggy so i'll attempt to use 1.53
