Question Timeline is broken when I spawn it from prefab

    I have a pref. Head obj of pref contain PlayableDirector. Timeline assets use his child objects.I load the pref from Addressables in Runtime. And if I start Unity and build for PC spine anims tracks is broken. But if I start Unity and start this scene all is ok, after this I build and also all is ok. It's strange, i don't want to start the scene before every build. Maybe someone know how can I fix it?
    PS: I haven't some errors in console
