    Hi @texdata,
    this is definitely not normal.
    Can you give us a little more information? which version of .NET you had installed, are you on Windows 10? Was it also happening with the Animation window or was it only with Timeline?
    I would like to investigate a little further.

    Thanks!

    @thierry_unity
    Windows 10 Pro N, build 15063, Nvidia driver 22.21.13.8233
    clrver reports versions installed on the machine:
    v2.0.50727
    v4.0.30319

    netfx setup verification utility says all installations are ok

    only timeline is corrupted,it works as expected, but hard to work as it is difficult to see anything. No other panels have this problem.

    I have the same issue using Unity 2017.1.0f3 on macOS. To reproduce create a new Unity Project and open the Timeline Editor, it should look "normal". Go to Edit/Project Settings/Player in the "Other Settings" Section under "Configuration" change "Scripting Runtime Version" to "Experimental (.NET 4.6 Equivalent)". Restart Unity and the Timeline Editor should look as described above.
