Timeline Audio Track Ignores Mixer Volume When Exiting Scene

    I'm working on a project that allows players to skip a cutscene and immediately load the game scene if they press a Skip button. I keep the timeline playing once the button is pressed, as the game has a fade transition between scenes, but for some reason the timeline audio jumps back to full volume right when the scene exits regardless of the audio mixer's volume. For instance, if i have my audio mixer completely muted, I still hear a frame's worth of sound when the scene exits. Is such behavior intended?
