Timeeout Errors

This error pops up every ten seconds or so when looking to see if I can download work on the repo. This is nowhere to be found in Unity. If I have to use their external app I am gonna scream bloody blue murder for getting in the way of me working. I have used it prior and it diod the same thing..got in the way of me working with cryptic hoops to jump thru. I should not have to spend time in an external app or readinga big manual just to upload and download files from a repo. For crissake somebody had an Asset Store 10 dollar tool GIT repo component that worked just dandy and was 100% intuitive and this dogs breakfast is handed to us as the latest and greatest.. I ain't buying it.

How do I fix this incessant dialog box popping up every ten seconds? Close the Incoming Changes panel? Yeah right. My sardonicism extends from the fact this has cost me 400 bucks in wages today and at least 50 reputation points with my employer who doesn't get tech stuff at all,.
