Time Freezing Effect

    Hi Everyone.
    I am trying to build a effect in VR where on transitioning from main scene to a specific scene has the effect of making the main scene freeze at that moment and plays the specific scene at a slow pace so that the effects can be viewed in details and at a slowed pace. On returning to main scene the play should resume at the usual pace similar to something as in Zelda Breathe of the wild. I was not able to fetch any results online...probably I am looking with missing terms. Any leads would be really helpful.

    Thank you for the reply. I want to slow down the movement of a particular moving object say object1 to inspect it by moving around it, but then all the other moving objects present in the scene have to completely frozen until I choose to bring back object1 to normal speed. Any leads on this?
