I began building a game on one computer (a couple of versions ago). Then I uploaded the entire games folder to a share as I no longer have access to it, so I could download and carry on with a different PC.

On my other PC (v 2019 .3) It updated the project to the latest version but I had a couple of issues.

Firstly ProCamera2D had a bunch of missing stuff for some reason.. but re-importing it fixed it.

Secondly is with the TileMap package. When opening the tilemap window it says I havent yet created any tile palletes, even though I have. I cannot drag the already made ones in it only gives me the option to create a new one. I have tried many things like recreating existing ones and reapplying them but eventually it corrupts the current tilemaps into pink tiles.

The cause seems to be that the tilemap palletes (which belongs in the prefab that tilemap creates) is missing the script "GridPallette".. but it wont allow me to drag that file (from the tilemap package) back into it.. i wonder if this is why it will not recognise any existing tileset palletes?

Any ideas or ways around this bug?

Due to the move to the Tilemap Tooling Package in 2019.2, you will need to recreate the Tile Palette asset. If you have existing Tile Palette assets from past projects, you can recreate them by dragging and dropping these assets to the Tile Palette window. This should regenerate the Tile Palette asset for 2019.2 and above.

    Sorry for this inconvenience!
