I have an abundance of software, but none of my programs have the option to create tiled textures like used with this script. Anyone have an idea how to go about making textures like this? (The fire one)? Thanks in advance.

Bump? Or -- If no answer to the above question, does anyone know an alternative method? I reckon a texture array may generate similar results. But I really liked this method. Thanks again!

You just need to make an image for each frame, and position them next to each other (multiple rows are also supported) using the same offset. You don't need any specific software to do this.

Also, a texture array would be a lot slower than this method, since you would be constantly swapping textures on the GPU instead of doing a simple UV offset.

Search for sprite sheet tools. There's a few out there that are good. You can manually pack the sprites in Photoshop too.
