Question Tiled overlay Pattern?

    Hi,

    I need some tips how to solve this.

    In the scene, I've added a 3D capsule and a cube object.
    Then added some sprites objects in front of the 3D objects. The sprites are like overlays.
    Like this:


    Now what I want is like that. I want to select some sprite objects and give it a texture. The pattern should be tiled.

    Any tips, links?

    I know that there is Sprite Shape from Unity. (Not tested yet)

    Other solutions?
    I know, that there was something in Unity (don't know if it helps). But I don't remember the name. Shader or script was attached, maybe to the camera. I don't know it anymore.

    Instead of sprites I can also use 3d cube objects, if there is a better solution.
